Kingdom of God Christian Center was founded on January 14th, 1996, when the ministry launched in a small hotel room that once housed a Holiday Inn. What began as a humble gathering quickly grew, and by September 1996, God expanded the ministry to a new location at 5555 N. Lamar in Austin, Texas, where the church continued to flourish.

In 1998, a remarkable moment of confirmation occurred when the church won a purple Firebird—an unexpected blessing that God used to affirm to Pastor Moore that it was time to bring his wife, Co-Pastor Michelle Moore, alongside him in full-time ministry. The following year, in 1999, the church relocated to the Eastside of Austin at 5811 Berkman Drive. For nearly two decades, Kingdom of God Christian Center faithfully served the Eastside community, witnessing countless lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.

In 2018, after selling six acres of land, the church prepared once again to move forward in faith. With a lighthearted spirit—likened to the “Beverly Hillbillies”—the ministry packed up and relocated, not to Beverly Hills, but to Round Rock, Texas. This move marked a significant milestone as the church entered its very own facility for the first time.

Today, Kingdom of God Christian Center is located at 507 W. Liberty Avenue in downtown Round Rock, where the congregation was given keys symbolizing ownership. The church prayerfully dedicated the building and celebrated God’s goodness and faithfulness with joyful worship.

On January 14th, 2026, we celebrated 30 years of ministry, Kingdom of God Christian Center stands as a testimony to God’s unwavering faithfulness. Through every season, the mission remains the same—it’s all about Him and the advancement of His Kingdom.
